of FRANCES GRAVES, a minor, for leave to sell certain property
at private sale, coming on this day to be heard; and it appearing
to the Court that it is to the best interest of said minor
for said property to be sold;~and that no notice of the filing
of petit.ion for the leave-of sale is necessary or desirable ~
