1. A one-fifth (1/5) interest in and to the North One-half (N~) ot the
Southeast one-quarter (S~}) of the Northwest one quarter (NW~) of
Section 28, Township 35 South, Aange 38 Taet, less all righte of way com-
prising twenty (20) acres more or less.
Together with a 14 foot (14') permanent easement for dxainage purposes .
over the following lands, subject to the rights of either of the? partiee ,
hereto, to assign or convey the 3oint use thereof to any successors in
