S. Petitioner desires to sell Parcel B at private
sale for the sum of Thirty One Thousand Dollars (331,000.00) for

the entire parcel in which the said minor has an undivided one- '
fifth (1/S) interest and from which the said minor will receive
the sum of Six Thousand Two Hundred Dollars (~6,200.00) for the ~
said one-fifth (1/5) interest less real estate commission and
expenses of sale. The terms of this sale shall be Eight Thousand ~
Nine Hundred and Ninety Dollars (s8,990.00) in cash at closing
and the balance of Twenty-Two Thousand and Ten Dollars (#22,O10.Q0
secured by a Purchase Money Note and Mortgage payable in five (S)
equal annual installments of Four Thousand'Four Hundred and Two ?
Dollars ($4,402.00} each together•with interest at the rate of ~
6 percent per annum said payments to commence one (1) year from -
date of closing. A copy of the Contract for Sale is attached
hereto as Exhibit B and made a part hereof.
