3. All improvements thereon and therein the above-described property
are included in the Purchase Price.
4. Survey performed by a registered Fl.orida Land Engineer on the
above-described groperty shall be the expense of the Seller.
5. This contract and the ter.ns and conditions hereof are subject
to ~he approval of tne probate courts having jurisdiction over the ;
guardianship of the :ninors. in the event that the pronate courts +
do not approve the terms and conaitions of this aale, then in that
event, all parties shall be relea'sed from all obligations hereunder.
6. In i:he event that this contract is not accepted by the Seller
w•ithin Fort~~-five {95~ days fro;a contract date, than the Buyer
reserves the option of either voiding or extending the Purchase
Price and Terms and Conditions of this contract.
