A Citrus Good Husbandry Clause shall be made a portion of the mortgage_and shall be more specifically defined therein. 3. All existing im~rovements on the above-described property, including the present fruit crop, are a portion of the Purchase Price and shall be reserved in~their entirety by the Purchaser. ; 4. Immediate_possession of the property shall be given the Purchaser - upon e~.ecution of this contract by the Seller. 5. All improvements prior to closing shall be the sole responsibility of the Purchaser.
