1. A one-fifth (1/5) interest in and to the North One-half (N~) of the
Southeast one-quarter (S8~) of the Northwest one quarter (NW~y of
Section 28, Township 35 South, Range 38 Tast, lesa all rights of way cpm-
prising twenty (20) acres more or less.
Together aith a 14 foot (14') permanent easement for drainage purposes
over the following lands, sub~ect to the rights of either of the parties
hereto, to assign or convey the ~oint use thereof to any successors in'
title, or assigns, which said easement is more fully described as folloMS:

public records of St. Lucie-County, Florida; lese and excepting therefrom
the South 60 feet. '
