1. A one-fifth (1/5) interest in and to the North One-half (N~) of the
Southeaet one-quarter (SS}) of the Northwest one quarter (NW~) of
Section 28, Toanship 35 South, Aange 38 Tast, lesa all righta of way com-
prising twenty (20) acres more or less.
Together with a 14 ~oot (14') permanent easement for drainage purposes
over the following lands, sub~ect to the rights of either of the parties
hereto, to assign or convey the ~oint use thereof to any successors :n
title, or assigns, which said easement is more fully described as follows:

according to the Plat thereof on file in Plat Book 2, at page 10, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; less and excepting therefrom
the South 60 feet. '
Said land being otherwise described as the S# of the S~~ of the NT~ of
the SW~ of Section 23, Township 35 South, Range 39 Tast, leee and except-
ing therefrom the South 60 feet.
Subject to rights of way for public roads. ;

3. A one-f ifth (1/5) interest in and to an undivided one-half interest in ~
