sale for the sum of Thirty One Thousand Dollars (,~3I,000.00) for
the entire parce2 in which the said minor has an undivided one-
fifth (1/S) interest and from which the said minor will receive
the swn of Six Thousand Two Hundred Dollars (~6,200.00) for the ~
said one•fifth (1/S) interest less real estate commission and
expenses of sale. The terms of this sale shall be Eight Thousand
Nine Hundred and Ninety Dollars (~8;990.00) in cash at closing
and the balance of Twenty-Two Thousand and Ten Dollars (~22,010.00)
secured by a Purchase Money Note and MQrtgage payable in five (S)
~ equal annual installments of Four Thousand Four Hundred and Two ~
Dollars (~4,402.00) each together with interest at the rate of ~

Dollars ($15,660.00) for the entire parcel in which the said
