minor has an undivided one-fifth (1/S) interest and from which the
said minor will receive the sum of Three Thousand One Hundred and
Thirty-Two Dollars (~3,132.00) for the said one-fifth interest
less expenses of sale. The terms of the sale shall be Four ~
Thousand Five Hundred and Forty-One Dollars(s4,541.00) in cash at
closing and the balance of Eleven Thousand One Hundred and Nine-
teen Dollars (~11,119.00) secured by a Purchase Money Note and ~
Mortgage payable in five (S) years at 6 percent interest, to be ~
paid in semiannual payments of One Thousand One Hundred Eleven
Dollars and Ninety Cents ($1,111.90) each plus interest. A
copy of the Contract for Sale is attached hereto as Exhibit D and
made a part hereof.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that an Order be entered
authorizing her to sell said property on the terms and conditions
