3. All improvements thereon and therein the above-described property ~
are included in the Purchase Price. $
4. Survey performed by a reqistered Florida Land Engineer on the !
above--described property shall be the expense of the Seller.
5. This contract and the terms and conditions hereof are subject
to the approval of the probate courts having jurisdiction over the
guardianship of the minors. In the event that the probate courts
do not approve the terms and conditions of this sale, then in that
~ event, all parties shall be released from all obligations hereunnar.
6. In the event that this contract is not accepted by the Seller s
within Forty-five (45) days from contract da~e, then the Buyer ~
~ reserves the option of either voiding or extending the Purchase ~
Price and Terms and Conditions of this contract. ~
