The petition of Diane Jones respectfully showa:
1. She is a resident of the state of l~iasouri; she

has been duly appointed as guardiaa of Diane Ruth Graves, who
is also a resident of the state of Missouri; petitioner desires
to manage certain property, located in Florida and belonging
to her ward, said property being more particularly described
on 3chedule A attached hereto, petitioner ia the mother of the minor. ~

2. Petitioner was appointed as guardian in the state ~
f of Missouri, and she attaches to this petition a certified copy ~

; of her lettera of guardianship and of her bond.

~ there is no indebtedness existing in Florida againat her ward.
