1. A one-fifth (1/5) interest in and to the North One-half (N~) of the

prising twenty (20) acres more or less.
Together with a 14 foot (14') permanent easement for drainage purposes
over the following lands, subject to the rights of either of the partiea

ing therefrom the South 60 feet. '

the East 25.61 acres of Tract 9, Section 1, Township 33 south, Range 38
East, according to the last general plat of lan3s af Indian Biver Farms .
