3. Petitioner considers that it is expedient to sell ±
said properties in order to provide funds for the support and main
tenance of said minor. Said properties are uneconomical to manage
- and it would be in the best interest of said minor for said prop-
erties to be sold.
4. Petitioner desires to sell Parcel A at private sale
; for the sum of Nine Thousand Five Hundred Seventy-Eight Dollars

and Twenty-Five Cents ($9,578.25) for the entire parcel in which i
