5. Petitioner desires to sell Parcel B at private
sale for the sum of Thirty One Thousand Dollars (a31,000.00) for ~
,the entire parcel in which the said minor has an undivided one-
fifth (1/S~ interest and from which the said minor will receive
the swn of Six Thousand Two Hundred Dollars (~6,2Q0.00) for the j

said one-fifth (1/S) interest less real estate commission and
- expenses of sale. The terms of this sale shall be Eight Thousand
Nine Hundred and Ninety Dollars (~8,990.00) in cash at closing
and the balance of Twenty-Two Thousand and Ten Dollars (322,010.00)
secured by a Purchase Money Note and Mortgage payable in five (5)
equal annual installments of Four Thousand Four Hundred and Two
Dollars (~4,402.00) each together with inte.rest at the rate of

date of closing. A copy of the Contract for Sale is attached .

6. Petitioner desires to sell Parcel C at private
