are included in the Purchase Price.
4. Survey performed by a registered Florida Land Engineer on the
above-described pronerty shall be the expense of the Seller. _

5. This contract and the te .~s and conditions hereof are subject
to the approval of tne probate courts having jurisdiction over the
guardianship of the minors. In the event that the probate courts
do not approve the terms and conditions of this sale, then in that
eveht, all parties shall be released from all obliqations hereunder.
b. In the event that this contract is not acceoted by the Seller
within Forty-five (95~ days £ro:~ contract date, then the Buyer
reserves the option ot either voiding or extending the Purchase
Price and Terms and Conditions of this con~ract.
