The Petition of DIANE JONES, as Guardian of DIANE RUTH
GRAYES, a minor, for leave to sell certain property at private
sale, coming on this day to be heard; and it appearing to the
Court that it is to the best interest of said minor for said
property to be sold; and that no notice of the filing of petition
for the leave of sale is necessary or desirable and the Court t
being fully advised.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
