SHORT FORM OF MORTGAGE
This Mortgage, dated the 6th ~y of December A. D. 19 73 , by and between

of the United States of America, and his successors in such office, as

WITNESSE'TH, that for valuable considerations, the said Mortgagor dces hereby grant, bargain, sell >

~ogether with all structunes and 'unprovements now and hereafter on said land and the r~nts, issues
and profits of the above described property (provided, however, that the Mortgagor shall be entitled to
collect and retain the said rents, issues and pro~its until default hereunder); and all fixtures now or here-
after attached to or used in connection with the premises herein described and in addition thereto the fol-
lowing described household appliances~ which are and shall be deemed to be, fixtures and a part of the
realty, and are a portion of the security for the indebtedness herein mentioned.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, and every part thereof, with the appurtenances of the said
Mortgagor in and to the same, and every part and parcel thereof, unto the said Mortgagee in fee simple, .

The Mortgagor hereby covenants with the Mortgagee, that he is seized of said land in fee simple or ~
such other estate, if any, as is stated herein; and that said Mortgagor dces hereby fully warrant the title to ~
said land, and every part thereof, and will defend the same against the lawful claims ~f all persons
whomsoever.

PROVIDED ALWAYS, that if the Mortgagor should pay to the Mortgagee that certain promissory
I note of even date herewith, made by the Mortgagor and payable to the order of the Mortgagee in the

6 principal sum of Twenty Thousand and no/100- Dollais, psyable in monthly install-

~ raents to principal and interest of ~ 151. 06 starting on the ls t day of January

~ form of mortgage, which is incorporated herein by reference as if set out herein in full, then these presents
shall be void and released at the expense of the Mortgagor, otherwise to remain in full force and effect. The t

~ Clerk of the Circuit Court of the following counties in Florida in the Official R.ecords Volume and at the ;
