provisions of this Declaration or the By-Laws; and (c) any valid chzrge
~ against the wndaniniun property as a whole.
2.5 Oo~aniniun tnaa~ns all of the o~ndominitan pz+operty as
a whole when the oontext so permits, as w~ell as the meaning stated in
the Cbr~dcminiun Act.

2.9 Utility Services: As t~sed in the ~rxiominiun Act

reasonable fees for the seYVices o attorneys at law whether or not
judicial or aciministrative proceedings are inv~olved, and, if judicial or
acl~ninistrative proceedir~gs are inwlved, then all review of the s~ne by
appeal or othetwise.
2.11 Matiber means an apai~tr~nt cx~mer who or which is a
m~anbex of ~1~ C.I~B DDIGNY ~CNDOMINItM AS.SOCIATICN, INC. , a Florida not
for profit oorporation. Such manbership also includes msnbership in

3.1 Survey: A survey of the land sutmitted to the oon-

~ 3. 2 Plan.s : The inprovanents ~ori the land are a~nstructed
substantially i.n acoordanoe with the plans and sp~cifications for such
prepared by Greenlees, Arbogast & Montgat~exy, Inc., ar~d designated as
its Project I~b. 71129B, a portion of which plans are attached hereto in
~ four sheets and oollectively made a part hereof as Exhibit "E". Said
~ plans and specifications show the dimensions of the units and oac~ron
~ elanents and their locations.

~ 3. 3 Amer~nent Of Plans .

(a) Alteration Of Apartr~nt Plans. Developer ;
reserves the right t~o change the interior design and arrangeoent of all ~

If Develc~_r shall make any changes in apart~nts so authorized, such
changes shall be reflected by an aanen~ment of this Declaration. If m~re
than one apartment is o~ncerned, the Developer shall apportion betweP_n

apartm~nts ooncerned.
