DE.VEI~I~TP PIAN : P s The oondominiian is described and established as follaws: ~ ~ 3.1 Survey: A survey of the land sutmitted to the oon- ~ dominiun fornn of c~vnership hereunder is attached hereto and made a part hereof as F~chibit "D" . ~ ~ 3. 2 Plan.s : The inprovanents ~ori the land are a~nstructed substantially i.n acoordanoe with the plans and sp~cifications for such prepared by Greenlees, Arbogast & Montgat~exy, Inc., ar~d designated as its Project I~b. 71129B, a portion of which plans are attached hereto in ~ four sheets and oollectively made a part hereof as Exhibit "E". Said ~ plans and specifications show the dimensions of the units and oac~ron ~ elanents and their locations. ~ ~ 3. 3 Amer~nent Of Plans . ~ - (a) Alteration Of Apartr~nt Plans. Developer ; reserves the right t~o change the interior design and arrangeoent of all ~ ~ ° ap~ari~rents, and t~o alter the boundaries betw~een apartine.nts, so long as Developer vwns the apartrnPnts so altered.
