(a) Apartment Building. The oondocni.niun includes an agartment building wnsisting o two 2 loors, and oontaining eight (8) o~wners' apartments, a launciry a~ meter roan area on the first floor, and an air-ooniitioning oaq~ressor roan area on^the seoond floor. (b) Other 7s[Qrovanents . The oorxlaniniun includes park- i..ng areas, landscaping and other facilities located substantially as shaari upon the plans and which are part of the oaRmn elanents. 3.6 ~nt ~our~daries. Each apartment shall include that ; part of the building ~ntain ng t~apai-tm~nt that lies within the boiuidaries ! of the apartment, which bowx3aries are as follvws : I - (a) Upper and Law~er Boundaries. The upper and lvwer bow~daries of the apartment shall be the follawing bowidaries extended to ~ an intersection with the per~metrical bourx3aries: t ~ (1) Uppes BoiuxlaYy - the h~rizontal plane of the ~ undeoorated finished ceiling; and ~ ~ (2) Low~er Boundary - the.horizontal plane of the ~ iuideoorated finished floor. ~ (b) Perimetrical Boundaries. The perimetrical bound- ~ aries of the apartm~nt shall be the vertical planes of the undeoorated ~ finished interior of the walls bounding the ap~artment exterxied to inter- ~ sections with each oth~r and with the ~per and law~x bow~d,aries: provided, ~ however, that when there is attached to the building a balv~ny, terraoe, w~ canopy, or other portion of the building serving only the apartment being bounded, such bowxiaries shall be the intersecting vertical planes adjac~nt ~ t~o and which include all of such structures and fixtures there~n. - 3.7 Gannon El~nents.
