4.1 The Apartm~nts . Ztiere are eight (8 ) apartments in the
o~ndaniniun, laid out in substantial oonfornuity t~o the plans and s~pecifica-
tions a portion of which are attached hereto as Exhibit "E".
4. 2 Apartment Nunbers. ~ere are four ( 4) ap~arbt~.nts upon
the first floor of the~ildinq,

ment 101 on the Southerly end of the building and ending with Apartment 104
on the Northerly end of the building. There are four (4) aparian~nts uq~n
the seoond floor-of the building, numbered von.secutively beginning with Apart-

- on the Northerly end of the bniilding.
4.3 A~purtenances Zb Apartm~nts. The vwner of each apart-
ment shall c~m a share and oertain interests in the vondaminiun pYVperty,
which share and interests are appurt~nant tb his apaitment, including but not
limited to the follawing itan.s that are appurtenant to the several apartinents
as indicated:
(a) Ocmmn El~nts and Docnron S~rplus. The undivided
one-eighth (1/8 ) share in the land and other ooa[ir~n elamnts and in the ocm-
m~n surplus which are appuitenant tA each apartment, which share, when multi-
~ plied by the eight (8) apartments, t,~tals one hundred peroent (100$) of such
~ shares.

~ • (b) Iaimdiy and Meter Roan Area; Airoonditioning Roam
~ Area. The vo[nron elan~.nts include a laundYy and meter room area located on
~ the first floor of the kyuilding, which will be assigned to the ~xclusiv~e use
~ of the apartment awners pursuant to the regulations of the Association, and
~ also include an airoonditioning Yoan area located on the seoond floor of the ~
~ building. °
~ (c) barobile Parking Spaoe. The c~nnn elane.nts in-
~ clude parking areas for au iles of the apartment owners. Parking areas
will no£ be assigneci but will be available for use pursuant to the regulations
of the Association, which regulations shall provic~ that the occupants of
each apartment shall be entitled to parking for one autc~nbile without charge.

~ ap~artine.nt awner in the Association and the interest of each apartment ownex
~ in the funds and assets held by the As.sociation.

assets held by that oorporation.
4.4 Liability Fbr Oanron ~cpense. Each apartment vwner ~
~;s shall be liable for a pr~oportionate share of the vanron e~enses, such share '
being the same as the ~mdivided share in the vonron el~nts appurtenant to ;
his aparUnPent.
