Ztiere are eight (8 ) apartments in the o~ndaniniun, laid out in substantial oonfornuity t~o the plans and s~pecifica- tions a portion of which are attached hereto as Exhibit "E". 4. 2 Apartment Nunbers. ~ere are four ( 4) ap~arbt~.nts upon the first floor of the~ildinq, n~eu sed o~nsec.-utively b~giruung with Apart- ment 101 on the Southerly end of the building and ending with Apartment 104 on the Northerly end of the building. There are four (4) aparian~nts uq~n the seoond floor-of the building, numbered von.secutively beginning with Apart- ment 201 on the Southerly end of the building and end.ing with ApartrnPnt 204 - on the Northerly end of the bniilding. 4.3 A~purtenances Zb Apartm~nts. The vwner of each apart- ment shall c~m a share and oertain interests in the vondaminiun pYVperty, which share and interests are appurt~nant tb his apaitment, including but not limited to the follawing itan.s that are appurtenant to the several apartinents as indicated: (a) Ocmmn El~nts and Docnron S~rplus.
