the Board of Direct~ors and by nat less than 75$ of the wtes of the entire

" (b) not less t,ha~ 80$ of the votes of the entire m~n-
bership of the Association; or
(c) until the first electi.an of DirectArs, only by
all of the Direct~r~, provided the amenc~ment does not inrxease the nunber
of apartments nor altex the boundaries of the oonm~n elenents.
14.3 Proviso: Provided, haa~ver, that no ameix~nent shall dis-
criminate against any apart=nent vwner nor against any apartment or class or
gYOUp of apartments, unless the apartment cxnmer so affected shall v~nsent;
and no amen3nent shall change any apartment nor the share in the oamm~
el~t~erits appurt~enant tro it, nor irx~xease the aaner' s share of the amron
eaq~nses, unless the reoorci aar~er of the apartment oon~erned and all reoord
c~mers of tmrt~gages ~on such apartment shaZl join in~ the execution of the
amerximent. Neither sha21 an a¢~nenc3nent make any char~ge in the section en-
titled "Insurane~" r~r in the section entitled "Reoonstnicti~ or Repair
After Casualty" unless the z~eo~rd owners of all m~rtgages upon the ~ndaniniun
shall join ir~ the execution of the amendment.
14.4 bcecution And Re;oording: A oopy of each amer~nent shall
be attached to a oertificate eertifying that the a~mexx~nent was duly acbpted,
which oertificate shall be executed by the offioers of the Association with
the fonnality of a deed. Tfie amenc~nent shall be effective when such oertifi-
cate and a~y of the amenc~nent are re~orded in the public rc~ords of St. Lucie
Cbunty, Florida.
