amended irom time to time, includir~ but aot limited t0 the following:' ;
a. To make and collect assessments against members as
~partment owners to defray the costs, expenses and loases of the condomini-
um.

b. To use the proceeds of assessments in the exercise of its
powers and duties.
c. The maintenance, repair, replacement and operetion of
the condominium property. ~ " ~
d. The purchase of insurance upon the condominium pro-
perty and inaurance for the protectioa of the Association and its members
as apartment owners. f
e. The reconstruction of improvements aft~r casualty and
the dur.ther improvement of the property.
i f. To make and amend reasonable regulations respecting

~ the use of the property in the condominium; provided, however, that all

a ~
~ such reguistions and their amendments ehall be app~oved by not less than
~
~ 75% of the votes of the entlre membership of thQ Association before such

~ shall become eftective.

g. To approve or disapprove the transfer, mortgage and
