ASSOCJATION N0. 1, a non-profit Florida corporation, hereinafter known -
as $ie Association, and FT. PIERCE CONSTRUCTION CORP., a Florida corporation, ~

able consideration, the receipt and sufficiency whareof are hereby acknow_
ledged, stipulate and agree as follows; ~
1. It is hereby acknowledged and confirmed that Ft. Pierce =

Construction Corp. is the owner and lawful operator of those certain dodcs, ~
~vall:ways and tie poles affixed to and located adjacent to the property ~

described on Srhedule "A", which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. '
2. That Ft. Pierce Constructzon Corp. hereby stipu].ates and ~ ?

and care of said docks and agrees to indemnify and save harn?l.ess the

Association from any loss or damage whatsoever, which said Association may

3. Ft. Pierce Construction Corp. agrees that said docks shal not

4. Ft. Pierce Construction Corp, agrees to at all tirnes keep said
docks, walia:ays an~ tie poles in good, clean condition and shall not permit s
the premises to be used in any unkepfi or untidy manner.

THIS AGREEMENT sha11 be binding upon the heirs, successors and
assigns of the parties hereto and shall be construed as a pern~anent
