~ as part of the consideration for the conveyance hereinabove set out. ~
~ 3. That the Husband, Charles Ahmann Myers, Sr., is

~ ~ indebted to the law firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes in the sum of

~ $330.50 with a credit to be allowed of $20 paid by the said Husband

subsequent.to the entry of the Final Judgment on June 18, 1973;
that the Husband, Charles Ahmann Myers, Sr., shall make regular

weekly installment payments of $IO per week, commencing Wednesday,

= January 30, 1974, and on Wednesday of each week thereafter until the
