4. That as of January 28, 1974, the Husband, Charles ~

Ahmann Myers, Sr., is in arrears in his payments to the Wife.

Betty I,ouise Myers, for the support of Charles Ahmann Myers, Jr.,
the sum of $80 which amount shaYl be paid by the said Husband, {

or before February 1, 1975. ~

5. That the Husband, Charles Ahmann Myers, Sr., may ~
have the minor child in his custody and care every other weekend ~
from 7:30 A.M. nn Saturday morning until 6:00 P.M. on Sunday
evening; the weekend visitation rights shall commence on February
2, 1974 and every other weekend thereafter until further ordc~r of
Court. In addition, the Husband may have the minor child visit and
be with hi.m on Easter Day 1974, Thanksgiving Day 1974, and the week
following Christmas in 1974; that the Wife shall have the minor
child in her care and custody on Easter Day 197S, Thanksgiving Day
1975 and the week following Christmas 1975 and Easter Day 1976;
thereafter the visitation rights on said holidays shall alternate
. between the parties hereto. The Husband, Charles Ahmann Myers, Sr.,
shall have the minor child visit and be with him one month during
the summer vacation period during the Husband's vacation time s

commencing with the summer of 1974. While the minor child is ~

visiting with the Husband, Charles Ahmann Myers, Sr., the support =

payments for the minor child shall not be discontinued but shall ~

remain as set out in the Final Judgment in this cause. .
6. The Husband, Charles Ahmann Myers, Sr., shall be
responsible to pick up the minor child and to deliver the minor
