MOTION TO REMOVE CASE FROM DISMISSAL
COMES NOW the Plaintiff, CITY OF FORT PIERCE, a municipal
corporation, through its undersigned counsel, and moves the Court to
remove this case from the list of cases set for dismissal for lack
of prosecution, e~~fective February 12, 1974, and would show:
1. That the Plaintiff has been attempting to obtain pay-
ment in lieu of foreclosure and avoid loss of property to defendant
landowners if at all possible.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff moves to remove this case from those
to be dismissed f~~ ack of prosecution.
