MOTION FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT
The wife, NANCY ELI2ABETH MURRIN, by and through her
undersigned attorney, respectfully moves the Court to enter a ~

Default Judgment against the ~iusband, FRANK D1ILTON MURRIN, in
the above-styled cause, on the grounds that said Husband did
not appear nor plead to the Petition for Dissolution of
~~arriage herein after said Husband had been notified of the "
Petition for Dissolution of Mar=iage by constructive service
by pulication in the News Tribune, a daily newspaper published
in St. Lucie County, Florida, in the issues of December 6,13,
~
20 and 27, 1973.
The undersigned counsel for Wife certifies that he has not
received any copy of any answer, affidavit, or other pleading
of Husband up to, and including the time of filing of this motion.
DATED this 12th day of FEbruary, 1974.
