Before me, the undersigned authority personally appeared
BILL DAVIS, who, being duly sworn, says that he is the President of
JEB ENTERPRISES, INC., a Florida corporation, whose address is Post Office
Box 1705, Stuart, Florida, 33494, and that in pursuance of an agreement
with GOINGS ENTERPRISE, INC., £or UNITED PARTNERS III, INC., Lienor furn-
ished labor services for masonry work for an apartment building on the
folZowing-described real property in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 44, of Unit One, MARAVILLA GARDENS, as
per Plat thereof on file in Plat Book 6,
Page 55 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. ;
owned by UNITED PARTNERS III, INC., of a total value of$ 7,426.00 .
of which there remains unpaid $ 2,084.83 , and furnished the first
of the same on or about December, 1973 , and the last of the same
on or about_ December. 1973 He further says that Lienor claims
a lien on the real property herein-above described for the amount set forth,
together with reasonable attorneys' fees as provided by law. That the
Lienor served his notice ot owner on February 12, 1974, by certified mail.
