This cause coming on to be heard before me this day, and
it appearing from the sworn Petition and the Court file herein ~
t.h~t service of proceas was duly and regularly had upon the

the nefendant notwithstandinq said summons, has fialed to
appear, answer or otherwise plead on the return day fixed
therein, and the Court being fully advised in the premises,

1. That a default be, and the same is, hereby entered
~ against the above named nefendant for failure to appear, ~
answer or otherwise plead to the Plaintiff's Petition; and
2. That the Plaintiff recover of and from said Defendant
possession of the uremises described in the petition filed
herein, as; 1206 N. 29th St. #2 , and forthwith be put ~
in nossession of the same by the force of the county, if
necessary; ~nd
3. That the Plaintiff do have and recover ~he sum of
$ 28.50 for costs taxed herein against Defendant for all of
which let execution issued;
