DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial-the 12th day of February,
1974, and the Court, having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievabZy broken and should
be dissolved.
It is therefore ORDERED as follows:
I. The Default previously entered by the Clerk of this
Court on January 21, I974 against the Husband is hereby ratifiea
and confirmed.
2. The marriage between BOBBY JOE HUNTER and I~iTHRYN A.
f HUNTER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
;
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
~ therefrom.

~ 3. Custody of WILLIAM JOSEPH HUNTER, minor child of the
parties, is hereby awarded to the Wife, IQ~,THRYN A. HUNTLR, with
~
reasonable visitation rights reserved to the Husband, BOBBY JOE
; HUNTER.
