HomeMy WebLinkAbout2575 4. Commencing the 15th day of February, 1974 the Husband
shall pay to the Wife the sum of Thirty-Five ($35.00) Dollars each
and every week for the support of the child named above.
Sach payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by him remitted promptly to KATHRYN A. HUNTER, 404 North 21st Street,
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450. In addition there is hereby assessed
the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar as statutory costs to be added to
each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in
cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are
Ordered to keep the CZerk of this Court advised of their mailing
and residence addresses at alZ times while this Order is in effect.
5. In lieu of transportation, the Wife is hereby awarded .
rehabilitative alimony in the sum of Five Hundred Twenty ($520.00}
Dollars which is payable by the Husband to the Wife, through the
Clerk of the Circuit Court as specified above, at the rate of
Ten ($10.00) Dollars per week commencing Friday, February 15, 1974
and for the succeeding fifty-one (51) weeks. ~
6. The Court determines the sum of Three Hundred ($300.00)
Dollars for the Wife's attorneys for their services herein and
BOBBY JOE HUNTER is Ordered to pay the law firm of Willes, Bittan &

; the costs herein assessed at Forty-Five ($45.50) Dollars and 50/100~
_ for a total of Three Hundred Forty-Five ($345.50) Dollars and
50/100. "

_ 7. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto is
retained for the entry of such further Orders as may be proper.
