The individual grantors hereof covenant that the above
described real property is an unimproved residential lot and is
not now nor has it ever been the homestead of any of the individual
grantors.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME together with alI and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining,
and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and claim
whatsoever vf the said .first party, either in law or eguity, to
the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said second party
forever.
