The Grantee by acceptance of the foregoinq Warranty Deed and execution of this
Acknowledqment and RatiFication by Grantee, acknowledqes zeceipt of copies of the Declaration
of Condomin3um described above, includinq the provisions of a11 of its exhibits, and that
conveyance by such deed is subject thereto. The Grantee does further hereby ratify, confirm
and approve all of said psovisions (includinq the WINDMILL VILIAGE BY T~ SEA RECREATION
C~1TER LEASB as filed for record in Official Recordg Book 189 on paqes 1829 through 1886 in
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and the acts of the Officers and Directors
of WINDt~,TLL VILLAG~ BY TE~ SEA CONDOMINIUM NO. 1 ASSOCIATiON, INC., a Florida corporatian
not for profit, in making and entering into said Lease). The Grantee agrees to be bound by
all of safd provfsionst the Grantee scknow2edqes and aqrees that all of said provisions are
reasonable, fafr and equitablet the Grantee hereby i.mpresses a lien upon the land and real
property described above, as security for his obligations, as described in said Declaration
of Candominium and its exhibits; and the Grantee acknawledqes and aqrees that said
Declaration of Condoaiiniwa, its exhibits and the Sales Contract executed by the Grantor and
the Grantee contain all of the warranties, representations and inducements concerninq the
purchase by the Grantee of the land and-real property described above.
