I, RUTH JONFS, a resident of 2916 Broadway, Fort N~yers, ~
Florida, do make, publish and declare thia to be my Last Wil], and
Teetament, hereby revoking all Wills and Codicils heretofore made
by me. ,
FIRST, I direct that all my ~u8t debta, my funeral
expensea, and the costs of adminiatration of my estate be paid
as soon as practicable after my death.
S~COND, Al1 the rest, resldue and reroainder of the
property which I may own at the time of my death, real, personal
and mixed, tangible and intangible, of whatsoever nature and
wheresoever situated, including all property which I may acquire
or become entitled to after the execution of this Will, I bequeath .
and devise to my two daughters DAISY SAND~S and MARJORIE TARDIl~'F
and my granddaughter JACQU~INE JONFS in equal shares. I make
this bequest and devise with full knowledge of who my heirs are
and it is my intent that all heirs not named shall not share in
t my eatate. ,
; THIRD, I appoint my daughter DAISY SANDFRS as ~cecutrix

' of thia my Last Will and Testament and direct that no surety be

~ required of her. I vest-my ~cecutrix with full power and authority

to sell, transPer and convey any property real or personal which
I may own at the time of my death at such time and price and upon
such terms and conditiona. (including credit) as she may determine
