SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
Know All Men By These Presents: That the undersigned TJM
CORPORATION, an Illinois Corporation, the owner and holder of a certain
z~ort3age deed executed by ~-IUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP,
a i:r:~ite:3 partaership ~rga~ized under the laws of Florida, to TJM ~OR-
PORATION, an Illinois Corporation, bearing date the 30th day of September,
A. D. , 1973, recorded in Official Records Book 207, page 515, in the office -
of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State of Florida,
Qecuring a certain note in the principal sum of Five Hundred Forty Thousand
and 00/ 100 ($540, 000. 00) Dollars, and certain promises and obligations set
forth in said mortgage deed, upon the propery situate in said State and
County descrfbed as follows, to-wit:
The North 660 feet of Lots 1 and 2, Section 18, Township 35
South, Range 41 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, including
all riparian rights and littoral rights, LESS the West 70 feet
of said Government Lot 2. Subject to restrictions, reserva-
tions, easements of record, zoning ordinances now in effect,
~ taxes subsequent to the year 1964; and a right-of-way and _ ~
easement as recorded in Deed, Book 134, Page 374, and
Mosquito Control Agreement as recorded in Deed Book 2Q9,
page 507, St. Lucie County records
