SHORT FORM OF MORTGAGE
This Mort-gage, dated the 13th day of FebruBry A. D. 19 74 , by and between
0. C. THOMPSON ~d LUCILLE THOMPSON, his wife,
hereinafter called the Mortgagor, and Administrator of Veterans' Affairs . an Officer
of the United States of America, and his successors in such office, as such,
and his or their assigns, '
hereinafter catted the Mortgagee, s
WITNFSSETH, that for valuable considerations, the said Mortgagor does hereby grant, , sell ~
and convey unto the said Mortgagee and his assi~s, alI that certain parcet of land of whi~e said
Mortgagor is now seized and possessed and in actual possession, situated in the County of g t. Luc ie
~ and State of Florida, described as follows: Lot 11, Block 4, INDZAN HILLS ESTATES ,
according to the Plat Chereof recorded in Plat Book 10, page 32, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Together with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and the rents, issues
and profits of the above described property (provided, however, that the Mortgagor shall be entitled to
collect and retain the said rents, issues and profits until default hereunder); and all fiatures now or here-
after attached to or used in connection with the premises herein described and in addition thereto the fol-
Iowing descxibed hou~ehold applianoes, which are and shall be deemed to be, figtures and a part of the
realty, and are a portion of the security for the indebtedness herein mentioned.
Z'O HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, and every part therEOf, with the appurtenances of the said
Mortgagor in and to the same, and every part and parcel thereof, unto the said Mortgagee in fee simple.
The Mortgagor hereby covenants with the Mortgagee, that he is seized of said land in fee simpte or
such other estate, if any, as is stated herein; and that said Mortgagor does hereby fully wanant the title La
said land, and every part thereof, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of alt persons
whomsoever.
PROVIDED ALWAYS, that if the Mortgagor should pay to the Mortgagee that certain pmmissory
note of even date herewith, made by the Mortgagor and payahle to the order of the Mortgagee in the

ments to principal and interest of E 145. 34 starting on the ls t ~y °f MarCh
19 74 , and if not sooner paid tlie fuial payment being due on the ls t ~Y ~f February
2004 , or any extensions or renewals thereof and shall fully pay all other indebtedness or liability that
i may become due and owing hereunder and secured hereby, and shall faithfully and promptly comply with
and perform each and every other covenant and provision herein on the part of the Mortgagor to be
complied with and performed, and every other covenant and provision as contained in that blank or master
form of mortgage, which is incorporated herein by reference as if set out herein in full, then these presents
i shall be void and released at the expense of the Mortgagor, otherwise to remain in full force and effect. The
; said blank or master form of mortgage was recorded on February 13, 1970, in the Of$ciat Records of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of the following counties in Florida in the Official Records Votume and at the
page designated after the name of each county, to-wit: (eucept that it was recorded in Bratiford, Brevard,
` Duval and Suwannee Caunties on February S, 1970, and in Dade County on February 10, 1970)
