ORDER ON OBJECTIONS TO INTERROGATORIES
THIS CAUSE came on ~or hearing upon the objections filed
by DAVID LEVIN, W. D. FREDERICK, JR., ALICE C. WAINWRIGHT, JOHN
ROBERT MIDDLEMAS, and GEORGE RUPPEL to Interrogatories Numbers
4, 5, 6, 8, and 9, directed to them by the Deferidants, and
the Court having considered said objections and being £ully -
advised in the premises, it is thereupon "
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the objections to Questions 4,
5, 6, 7-, and 9, are sustained and these Interrogatories need
not be answered. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the objection to Interrogatory
Number 8 is not well-founded and is overruled, however, due to
the shortness of time before the trial of this cause and the
j impracticability of obtaining individual answers from each of

~ the above named board members prior to trial, this InterYogatory
i .
i may be answered on behalf of the Department of Pollution Control
~
by its Executive Diretor, Peter P. Baljet. The answer to this
i Interrogatory shall be filed by Mr. Baljet on or before Friday,
f February 15, 1974.
