ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR
EXPANSION OF PROTECTIVE ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on for hearing on Plaintiff's motion
requesting the Court to expand its order of January 25, 1974,
_ to compel the Defendants, UNIVERSAL ADAMS, INC., and NAT HARRISON,
to make available to the Plaintiff's attorneys by February 15,
1974, any reports or analyses acquired by the Defendants and
` to subject the Defendants to the same penalty of nonadmissibility
~
as may be imposed on the Plaintiff in the event of noncompliance,
and the Court having considered said motion and having determined
that its order of January 25, 1974, requiring production of
certain reports or analys~s should apply equally to the Plaintiff
and Defendants, and the Court being fully advised in the premises,
it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff's motion be and the
same is hereby granted.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
this 13th day of February, A.D., 1974.
