CO-EXECUTRICES' DEED

of the Estate of W. A. PALMER, Deceased, Parties of the First Part,
and EVELYN ROUSE, a widow, whose addre~s is 431 North 21st Street, :
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, Party of the Second Part,

The Parties of the First Part, pursuant to Order of the
Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, dated n,,_,,~L~ ~t.
1974, and in consideration of the premises and of the full payment
of an Agreement previausly entered into between W. A. PALMER and

the Grantee herein, and other good and valuable consideration in
hand paid, grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey
and confirm to the Party of the Second Part and to her heirs,
