WITNESSETH, that the said first party, for and in consid-
eration of the sum of One Dollar($1.00), in hand paid by the
second party, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does

hereby grant unto the said second party forever, an Easement in

common with others for ingress and egress, in, over and upon the ;
following described real property situate, lying and being in St.
Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
The Southerly 35.0 feet (measured at a right angle to the
Southerly line of the following described property):
Beginning at a concrete monument on the East right-of-way
line ot the Florida East Coast Railway Company, and the ~
South line of lands conveyed ~iy Jos. Casper and Laura H. ;
Casper to Henry L. Freemen and Ruth H. W. Freeman, in
Section 9, Township 3'7 South, Range 41 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida, public records; run thence North 64°$2'
East, along the boundary common to Freeman and Merwin,
559.13 feet to a concrete monument on the West side of
Indian River Drive; thence continue North 64°42' East,
39 feet to the West shore of Indian River; thence meandering ;
the West shore of Indian River, run North 18°37'30" West,
208.01 feet to the North line of aforesaid Freeman land;
thence South 64°O1'l1" West along said North line 43 feet
to a pipe corner on the west side of Indian River Drive;
thence continue South 64°O1'12" West along the North line
of said Freeman land, 598.97 feet, to a concrete monument
on the East right-of-way line of the Florida East Coast
Railway Company, thence; Southeasterly along said right-
of-way on a 1.9657° curve to right (chord Brg. South
30°41' 30" East) , 200.0 feet to the Point of Beginning; ~
excepting right of way for Indian River Drive; including
Riparian rights, lying West of Indian River Drive; '
containing 2.487 acres, more or less.

' This easement shall be a part of and run with the adjoining
property of the grantees.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said Easement unto the said party
of the second part, its successors and assigns.
