WITMESSETH, that the said first party, for and in con-

common with others for ingress and egress, in, over and upon the

of-way line of the Florida East Coast Railway Company,

and Laura H. Casper to Nenry L. Freeman and Ruth H. W.

East, St. L~cie County, Florida, Public Records; run
thence N 64 42`E, b7.54 feet for the Point of Beginning;
then&e on a 1.9539 curve to the right (chord bearing
S 27 09`30" E, a distance of 182.55 feet), 182 64 feet;
thence S 64°33'21" E, 261.46 feet; th&nce N 23812'20"
W, 183.24 feet, to a point being S 64 42' W of and
249.84 feet from the Point of Beginning.
This easement sha11 be a part of and run with the ad-
jaining property of the grantees.
