and the survivor of them, and the heirs and assigns of the survivar of them forever a certain pareel of land
lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, more
particularly described as follows: .
Lot I3o. 15 in Block No. 5 as shown on the Plat of Sunland Garder~s,
said plat having been recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court, Ft. Pierce, Florida, on September 10, 1947, in Plat Book 8,

as Nos. 1-7 as set forth in the deed from SUNLAND GARDENS, INC., and
