TO: The Clerk of the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit,
in and for St. Lacie County, Florida:
Notice is hereby given that an action has been couunenced and is now
pending in this Court on the Complaint of the above-named Wife against the
' above-named Husband for Dissolution of Marriage and that the real property
described as follows:

M subdivision according to Plat Book 3 at Page 3 of the

(SE1/4) of Section Ten (10), Township Thirty-four (34)
South, Range Thirty-nine (39) East, EXCEPTING therefrom -
all rights of way for drainage canals and public roads.
NW1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section i4, Township 35 South,
Range 38 East, excepting therefrom all rights of ways
for drainage canals and public roads.
The South 23 feet of Lot 7, Block C, BOIILEVARD DEVELOP-
MENT COMPANY'S Re-Subdivision in the Gity of Fort Pierce,
Florida, as per plat of said Re-Subdivision on file in Plat
Book 3, at Page 3, of the Public Records of Saint Lucie
County, Florida.
Begin at the intersection of the West shore of Indian
River and the Section line dividing Section 10 and ~

to the Indian River; run thence Northwesterly following
