(13), of PINEWOOD SUBDIVISION, as per plat recorded
in Plat Book 5, Page 24, in the Office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court, St. Lucie Cou~ty, Florida.
. Lots 2,3,4,1~ and 14 in Block 13 of PINEWOOD, an
addition to the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, according
to a plat thereof entitled "Pinewood" a subdivision of
part of the N 1/2 of Section 15, T. 35 S,, R. 40 E., and
filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
St. Lucie County, Florida, and recorded in Plat Book 5,
Page 24.
Lots One (1) and Two (2), according to Plat of Sub-
division of part of Section Thirty-six (36), Town-
ship Thirty-five (35), South, Range Forty (40) East,
and part of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest
Quarter of Section One (1), Tawnship Thirty-six (36)
South, Range Forty (40) East, which plat was made by
R. H. CLARK, C.E., on May 10, 1921, and of record in .
the office of the Clerk of Circuit Court, St. Lucie
County, Florida, on Page 14, of Plat Book Four (4),
TOGETHER with all personal property and machinery
located in the said packing house on said property.
From the Southwest corner of Section 34, Township
~ 34 South, Range 40 East, run Northerly along the
i Section line 668.50 feet; thence, South 89 degrees,
42 minutes East a distance of 347 feet to the East
; right of way line of the Old Dixie Highway; thence,
` North 22 degrees 51 minutes West along said East
~ right of way line of the Old Dixie Nighway a distance
~ of 194 feet to the point of beginning; thence, continue
~ North 22 degrees S1 minutes West alon~ the said East _
~ right of way line of the Old Dixie Highway a distance
~ of 125 feet; thence, at right angles to said East right
~ of way line of the Old Dixie Highway a distance of 68
~ feet to the West right of way line of the Florida East
Coast Railway Company, thence, run Southeasterly along
