THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the verified Petiti.on
for Adoption filed herein and the Recommendation for Adoption and
Consent filed by The Children's Home Society of Florida, and the Answer °
of the State Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services and the
Court having heard the testimony of Petitioners and it appearing to the
Court that the Petitioners, WILLIAM ARIN SIGURDSON and SHARON GAYLE
SIGURDSON, his wife, are fit and proper persons to adopt the minor child
herein sought to be adopted and the best interest of the said child will
be promoted by the adoption and that said child is suitable for~adoption
by Petitioners and the Cou=t being otherwise fully advised in the
premises; it is -
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED.that said minor child is hereby '
declared to be the legal child of the Petitioners, WILLIAM ARIN SIGURDSON
and SHARON GAYI~E SIGURDSON, his wife, and is hereby given the name of
SUZANNE MARIE SIGURDSON, by which name she shall hereafter be known; and
it is further
~ ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that said child shall be the
child and legal heir of the Petitioners, WILLIAM ARIN SIGURDSON and
~ SHARON GAYLE 5IGURDSON, his wife, entitled to all rights and privileges,
