O R D E R '
This cause coming to be heard on February 14, 1974 on
Defendant`s Motion for Protective Order, and the Court having
heard argument of counsel, and being advised in the premises,
It is therefore ORDERED as follows:
1. The Plaintiff shall deliver to Defendant's attorney,
Discoveiy Interrogatories on or before February 20, 1974 and the
Defendant shall have until I~iarch 1, 1974 in which to answer said
Interrogatories.
2. In the event Defendant submits himself for deposition

i in the State of Connecticut, and Plaintiff's attorney attends the

~ deposition, the reasonable expenses incurred by Plaintiff's attorney
~ for transportation, lodging and meals shall be taxable as costs at
