This cause coming on to be heard before me this day, and
it appearing from the swor~ Petition and the Court file herefn
that service of process was duly and regularly had upon the

the nefendant notwithstandinq said summons, has fialed to
appear, answer or otherwise plead on the return day fixed
therein, and the Court being fully advised in the premises,

against the above named nefendant for failure to appear,
answer or otherwise plead to the Plaintiff's Petition; and
2. That.the Plaintiff recover of and from said Defendant
