Rule 7.050 statea that a party, individual or corporation, who or which
has no attorney handling such cause ahall sign his or ita statement of claim
or other paper and state his or its addreas. The defendant's Moti~n for
Dismissal contending that a corporation officer should sign is now ineffectual.
The defendant further contends that the disability insurance should have
covered the period when the defendant Was disabled. Certain payments were
made; hawever, claim forms furnished by the plaintiff to the defendant were not
comQleted by the defendant or his doctor. The plaintiff testified that many
claim forms were furnished but never returned. Numerous calls are reflected in
; the ledger notes concerning these claims. The plaintiff can do no more. It is,
i - therefore, upon

of and fran the defendant the sum of $528.78 plus the cost of this action for
