Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
WALTER C. BERGMAN, who, being by me first duly cautioned and sworn
upon his oath, deposes and says:
1. That he and MABEL M. BERGMAN were married and
living together as husband and ~vife then they acquired the following
described real property, to which they took title as husband and wife,
creating an estate by the entireties:
Lot 14, Block 74, Section 05 SOUTH PORT ,
ST. LUCIE, St. Lucie County, Florida.
' 2. Affiant further states that there was never any
intervening divorce and that he and MABEL M. BERGMAN remained
married and were living together as husband and wife until the date of
her death on November 25, 1973;
3. By virtue of the de ath of MA BE L M. BE RG MAN on
November 25, 1973, the affiant herein became the sole owner of the
above described property. .
