THIS INDENTURE, executed the 18th day of February 1974 , ~
BETWEEN GEORGE T. SCHULZ, Executor
of the estate of MARIE HARRISON, deceased,
party of the first part, and MINNA A. SCHULZ,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETIi:
Said party of the first part GEORGE T. SCHULZ, ~
on the 2.8th day oP February , 197 4~ by Petition applied to the

Circuit Judge oF the Probate Division of the Nineteenth Judicial
Circuit, in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, for authority to
transfer certain real estate in said County hereinafter
described, averring it is necessary and expedient to transfer
the same and also each and every jurisdictional fact; and the prayer
~ in said Petition having appeared to and Pound by said Judge to be

; reasonable and just and said Petition true and the transfer _

; to the best interest oF said estate, said Court rendered the Order

dated the 18th day of February , 19? 4, directing said party of
